(Tax code) A36321883 and address in Estrada Puxeiros – Mos, number 45, Tameiga, Mos, Pontrevedra, reports that the personal data provided by the USER or that is provided in the future, through (hereinafter, the Webpage) will be processed in accordance with the provisions in this policy.

Purpose of the Processing. The purposes of the data collection are:

In addition, the USER’s data may be processed and reported in the framework of preparatory and  revision actions and acts  before and after business operations of any nature, such as, and/or substitution in the activity, by way of example and without limitation, spin-off, global assignment of assets and liabilities, contribution or transfer of business or business activity branch, or any similar business restructuring operation, covered by the commercial regulations; as well as in the framework of the above-mentioned business operations.

International transfers. The data are not transferred outside Spain. In the event that they are transferred outside the European Economic Area, GRUPO COPO will take the necessary legal measures.

Third-party data. In the event that at any time the USER provides to GRUPO COPO personal data of third-party persons with which they have any relationship, the USER guarantees that they are legitimately entitled to provide the said data and that they have informed and obtained the consent of those third parties for the communication of their data, and otherwise shall be liable. Notwithstanding the above, GRUPO COPO will make all its efforts to act properly in connection with the processing of said third-parties.

Data updating. The USER undertakes and is bound to immediately communicate to GRUPO COPO any modification of their personal data so that the information contained in the GRUPO COPO files is up-to-date and does not contain errors.

Security Measures. GRUPO COPO informs the USER that it has introduced the technical and organisational security measures necessary to guarantee the security of their personal data and avoid their alteration, loss, processing and/or unauthorized access, in view of the state of the technology, the nature of the data stored and the risks that they are exposed to, whether due to human action or from the physical or natural environment.

Rights. The USER may, in the terms set out in the data protection regulations in force at each time, and in accordance with the regulations, revoke at any time the authorization granted for the processing and assignment of the personal data, as well as exercise the rights of access, rectification, deletion, opposition, right to request the limitation of the processing of their personal data, the right to portability and the right to file a claim before a control authority.
