(Tax code) A36321883 and address in Estrada Puxeiros – Mos, number 45, Tameiga, Mos, Pontrevedra, reports that the personal data provided by the USER or that is provided in the future, through www.grupocopo.com (hereinafter, the Webpage) will be processed in accordance with the provisions in this policy.
Purpose of the Processing. The purposes of the data collection are:

In addition, the USER’s data may be processed and reported in the framework of preparatory and revision actions and acts before and after business operations of any nature, such as, and/or substitution in the activity, by way of example and without limitation, spin-off, global assignment of assets and liabilities, contribution or transfer of business or business activity branch, or any similar business restructuring operation, covered by the commercial regulations; as well as in the framework of the above-mentioned business operations.

Rights. The USER may, in the terms set out in the data protection regulations in force at each time, and in accordance with the regulations, revoke at any time the authorization granted for the processing and assignment of the personal data, as well as exercise the rights of access, rectification, deletion, opposition, right to request the limitation of the processing of their personal data, the right to portability and the right to file a claim before a control authority.
