We are committed to innovate and to continually improve our products and processes

FOAMS

The polyurethane is a polymer obtained by a chemical reaction in the mould or body containing it. Unlike other polymers, we can adapt the characteristics of the product obtained, modifying the nature of their chemical components of formulation and its existing stoichiometry.

OUR MAIN INNOVATIONS:

INALCO

INALCO technology reduces and simplifies the process leading to the final process, enabling a better quality and reducing tasks and manufacturing stages.

INALCO allows the filling of foam with the upholstery and the metallic element (frame). The resulting product is reduced to just one element instead of the three that currently exist.

TECNOFLEX

Development of formulation HR-MDI that allows us to achieve different comfort values.

TECNOFLEX highlights the role of the polymer alveolar homogeneously in the different percentages of compression. This solution allows us a significant reduction in the thickness of the filling, ensuring comfort. Further, achieve lighter components, facilitating a reduction in the vehicle’s height smaller, improving its aerodynamics, which leads to a reduction in emissions.

FORMULATIONS LOW VOC

New generation of formulations that minimizes volatile emissions, by enhancing the reduction of ‘brand new’ smell in vehicles.

HEATING FABRIC

The heating fabric incorporates into the own fabric foaming conductive thread, allowing for the thermal regulation of the seating surface, improving the homogenization, as well as the thermal perception of the occupant. It also provides alternative functions such as the detection of passengers.

This innovative system increases the comfort and simplifies the processes of seat installing, due to the removal of a component between the filling and the fabric.

LIGHTWEIGHT BACKREST FILLINGS

A unique technological innovation, perfectly suitable for the trends and challenges of the 2020´s vehicle.

Very light and soft foam hardness that enhance postural comfort and the reduction of the vehicle weight.

FABRICS

Grupo Copo is an expert in the creation, development and production of technical innovative fabrics for car interior solutions in many different applications (seats, door panels, armrests, headrest, ceilings, pillars, solar roofs).

WE HAVE THE TECHNICAL CAPACITY TO PRODUCE THE FOLLOWING TEXTILE TECHNOLOGIES:

FLAT FABRIC

Fabrics are manufactured in different widths, using the DOBBY and JACQUARD machines. The different designs and effects happen in the fabric with the help of the diverse combinations of threads and ligaments.

All fabrics are developed in accordance with the automotive requirements.

KETTEN FABRIC

This type of fabric occurs in various structures that can be: rigid or elastic; open or closed and flat or three-dimensional.

All KETTEN fabrics are developed in accordance with the OEM requirements.

CIRCULAR KNIT FABRIC

The circular knit fabric is manufactured in different structures, with open or tubular piece, using circular knitting machines.

All circulars fabrics are currently being developed following OEM´s specifications.

GRUPO COPO IS TRANSVERSALLY INTEGRATED ENSURING THEIR CLIENTS 100% CONTROL OF ALL PROCESSES AND A VERY COMPETITIVE PRODUCT QUALITY.
